Voodoo Pasta - It turned out very good but i think i could have cooked it a little longer.. Today I am sharing this Voodoo Pasta! A quick and easy dinner that is ready in under 40 minutes!

Ingredients for Voodoo Pasta:

  1. 2 packages (13 ounce) andouille sausages, cut into coins.
  2. Olive oil.
  3. 1 onion, chopped.
  4. 1/2 green pepper, chopped.
  5. 6 cloves garlic, minced.
  6. 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning.
  7. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
  8. 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper.
  9. 2 jars (15 ounce) Alfredo pasta sauce.
  10. 1 box your favorite pasta (16 ounce).
  11. Salt for boiling water.

Step by step how to cook Voodoo Pasta:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan.......
  2. Place your andouille sausages,onion and green pepper into pan, sauté for several minutes then add in your minced garlic, sauté for several more minutes.....
  3. Now add your Cajun seasoning, black pepper and crushed red pepper, sauté for several more minutes.......
  4. Next add to sausages your Alfredo pasta sauce, mix all well.......Keep on low heat while stirring occasionally........
  5. Boil your pasta until al dente, don’t forget to salt your water ! Drain well then add to sausages in pot.....Mix all well.......
  6. Serve and enjoy 😉!.
