- 2 packs boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa.
- 10 cloves garlic, minced.
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
- 1 tablespoon oregano.
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning mix.
- 1 can red enchilada sauce (10 ounce).
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened.
- 1 (8 ounce) package 4 -Cheese blend.
- 1 box (16 ounce) Cellentani pasta.
- Salt for boiling water.
