- Marinated Beef.
- 250 g Beef (porterhouse steak).
- 1 clove minced garlic.
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
- 1 teaspoon sugar.
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- 1 tablespoon oil.
- Pasta.
- 200 g pasta (macaroni or spirals).
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste.
- 1 clove garlic minced.
- Garnish.
- 1 tablespoon oil.
- 1 Tomato.
- 1/2 Cucumber.
