Ingredients for Pistachio Pasta:
- 1 cup cooked pasta (any kind).
- 250 g breast chicken.
- 1 small sweet onion/white onion, chopped.
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar.
- 2 tbsp feta cheese.
- 1 tbsp brown sugar.
- 4 tbsp water.
- to taste Salt and black pepper.
- Pistacio puree; in food processor.
- 3 tbsp pistachio ground.
- Parsley.
- leaves Mint.
- 6 tbsp olive oil.
- 3 gloves garlic.
- to taste Salt and black pepper.
- Garnish:.
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes.
- 1 tbsp pistachio powder.
Step by step how to cook Pistachio Pasta:
- In cooking pot,heat olive oil over meduim heaat then add onion then add chicken. Keep it till the chicken dry..
- Then add balsamic vinegar,salt and black pepper,feta cheese and sugar then cook for a minute..
- Then add pistacio puree mix well then add pasta cooked. And cook for 5 minutes..
