- 1/2 lb fettuccine pasta.
- 2 tsp olive oul.
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast cut into strips.
- 2 cups milk.
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia cream cheese.
- 1/2 cup mushrooms.
- 1/2 cup kraft grated Parmesan cheese.
- 2 tbsp pesto.
Step by step how to cook Chicken and Mushrooms Alfredo Pesto Pasta:
- Cook Pasta as directed on package.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 7 minutes.
- Stir in milk and cream cheese and cook for 3 minutes or until cream cheese is completely melted. Add mushrooms, Parmesan and pesto. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
