Ingredients for Alfredo Sauce Chicken Pasta:

  1. 250 gm Boneless chicken.
  2. 200 gm Penne pasta.
  3. 1 Capsicum.
  4. 200 gm Button Mushrooms.
  5. 3 teaspoon maida/all-purpose flour.
  6. 1 cup Milk.
  7. 1 teaspoon Finely Chopped garlic.
  8. 1 small Finely Chopped Onion.
  9. 2 tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes.
  10. 2 teaspoon Oregano.
  11. 3 teaspoon Butter.
  12. to taste Salt.
  13. 2 tablespoon black pepper powder.
  14. 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
  15. 2 tablespoon Olive oil.
  16. 100 gm cheese.

Step by step how to cook Alfredo Sauce Chicken Pasta:

  1. Marinate chicken with 1 tablespoon Oregano, salt, 1 tablespoon pepper, red chilli flakes, lemon juice and olive oil and refrigerate for 2 hours..
  2. Preheat oven to 392 degrees F and cook the chicken for 25 mins..
  3. Boil and cook pasta.. Add a pinch of salt while cooking. Keep aside the pasta for cooling. Make sure pasta is not overcooked..
  4. Heat butter in a wok. Add garlic, onion, oregano, chilli flakes, pepper and salt..
  5. Add the capsicum, mushrooms and chicken to the wok. Cook till the vegetables are partially cooked..
  6. Add maida and milk. Reduce the flame..
  7. Add pasta to the wok and stir well, if it gets a bit dry feel free to add some more milk..
  8. Grate cheese on top and bake the pasta at 325 degrees F for 15 mins.. Enjoy a hot creamy treat!.
