Ingredients for Brad's Easter pasta salad:
- 12 Oz small shell pasta.
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced.
- 1 LG ham steak.
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella.
- 1 LG can black pitted olives, sliced.
- 5 sprigs fresh dill, chopped.
- Juice of half a lemon.
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing.
- Mayonnaise.
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder, dry mustard, black pepper.

- Bring 4 qts water, 1 tbs oil, 1 tbs kosher salt to a rolling boil. Add pasta. Cook 8 minutes to al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water..
