Ingredients for Spicy Smoked Chorizo and Kale Pasta:
- 1 onion, diced.
- 3 garlic gloves, minced.
- 1/2 cup white wine.
- 1 spicy smoked chorizo sausage (or half) diced.
- 3/4 crushed tomatoes (or your fave pasta sauce).
- to taste Salt and pepper.
- 1.5 tsp dried basil.
- 2 cups fresh kale, chopped roughly.
- Tbs olive oil.
- 4 cups dried pasta.

- Boil pasta in pot,drain and leave in the collander..
- Place the pot back on the heat, add olive oil. Then add your onions and garlic.
- Once onions are translucent, add your chorizo sausage and let cook until it's browned..
