Ingredients for Healthy Veggies Pasta:
- Pasta 1 cup, 1 Carrot.
- 1/2 cup Peas.
- Cauliflower-5 florets.
- 1/2 cup Capsicum.
- 1 spring onion chopped.
- 6 Mushrooms.
- All purpose flour1tbsp.
- 1 glass Milk.
- 1 tbsp Olive oil.
- Oregano.
- Chilli flakes.
- 1/2 tsp Salt.
- 1 tsp Sugar.
- Tejpatta-1.
- Cloves-2.
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste.
Step by step how to cook Healthy Veggies Pasta:
- Cut carrots and cauliflower in small pieces.Boil them with peas.Boil pasta separately in a big vessel adding 2 tsp oil and 1/2tsp salt. seive it..
- Cut capsicum,cabbage and onion spring separately..
- Cut mushrooms in small pieces.Saute them in a little oil..
- Take olive oil.Add tejpatta and cloves then ginger garlic paste. Now add all purpose flour,fry it till aroma comes..
- Start adding milk slowly slowly stirring continuously..
- When whole milk finishes add seasoning,black pepper,oregano and chili flakes..
- Now add pasta, all boiled vegetables then mushrooms,capsicum and cabbage.Transfer the mixture in a serving dish or pie dish..
- Cover the surface with grated cheese and paneer..
- Grill it for 10 mts in oven. Eat and relish. (Optional).
