- 3 cups all-purpose flour.
- 3 cups granulated sugar.
- 1.5 cups cocoa powder.
- 1 tbsp baking soda.
- 1.5 tsp baking powder.
- 4 eggs.
- 1.5 cups buttermilk.
- 1.5 cups warm water.
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
- vanilla extract.
Step by step how to cook Moist Chocolate Cake:
- Pre-heat oven 180 degC..
- Mix well all dry ingredients; flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder then add eggs, buttermilk, water, oil and vanilla. Whisk on medium speed until well combined..
