Ingredients for Mango Purée Cake w/ Dark Chocolate Toppings:

  1. 1 cup flour sifted.
  2. 4 eggs separate white from yolk.
  3. 1/2 cup sugar.
  4. 1/2 cup melted butter.
  5. 1 tsp salt.
  6. 1 cup mango Purée.
  7. 1 bar dark chocolate.
  8. Mango slices or any fruits for toppings.
  9. 2 tsp baking powder.

Step by step how to cook Mango Purée Cake w/ Dark Chocolate Toppings:

  1. Beat the egg whites while adding sugar portions until medium peak.
  2. Slowly add the ingredients by portions, mango purée, sugar, butter, salt, egg yolk then the flour then fold lightly.
  3. Pour the mixture in a pan then bake for 10 minutes. I used rice cooker to bake the cake here and it took about 20 minutes of repeat cook/warm :).
  4. Add the melted dark chocolate on TOP and add your preferred fruit then serve chilled!.
