  1. 2 cups AP flour.
  2. 1/2 tsp salt.
  3. 1 tsp bakingpowder.
  4. 1 tsp baking soda.
  5. 2 sticks butter.
  6. 1 egg.
  7. 1.5 tsp vanilla.
  8. 1 cup brown sugar.
  9. 1 cup white sugar.
  10. 2 cups chocolate chips.
  11. Optional Frosting.
  12. 1 stick butter.
  13. 1 tsp vanilla.
  14. 1.5 cups confectioners sugar (add more or less to your liking).
  15. 1-2 tbs milk, heavy cream or plant milk.
