- 3/4 cup flour.
- 1/4 cup oats.
- 1/2 cup brown sugar.
- 6 tablespoon cold butter.
- Cake part.
- 1/2 cup butter.
- 1/2 cup sugar.
- 2 teaspoon vanilla.
- 2 large eggs.
- 1 1/4 cup flour.
- 1 teaspoon baking powder.
