Ingredients for DF SF Lemon Bundt Cake:

  1. 4 eggs.
  2. 1 1/4 cups flour.
  3. 1/2 cup sugar.
  4. 1 tsp baking powder.
  5. 2 tsp vanilla.
  6. 1/2 cup lemon lime soda.
  7. Lemon juice.

Step by step how to cook DF SF Lemon Bundt Cake:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Separate your eggs, whites in a mixing bowl. Set aside yolks but dont throw away.
  3. With a mixer, mix whites til stiff peaks form. Put in fridge.
  4. Taking a 1/2 cup fill just the bottom surface with lemon juice then top off with the lemon lime soda.
  5. Mix lemon mixture and wet ingredients well.
  6. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well.
  7. Fold in your egg whites to batter til throughly mixed (you will notice this creates a crazy light batter).
  8. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  9. Pour batter in bundt pan, even the top.
  10. Bakers tip: place a towel down on surface and tap bundt pan a few times to bring up all the air bubbles.
  11. Put in oven, bake til golden brown and a toothpick comes out dry, approximately 35 to 40min.
  12. Cool completely.
  13. Serve.
