Ingredients for Keto friendly Salmon Cakes with garlic Aioli:

  1. 2 cans wild- caught salmon.
  2. 1/4 cup plus 1 tbs. avocado -oil mayonnaise.
  3. 2 green onions, chopped.
  4. 1/2 small bell pepper, diced.
  5. 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley or dill, diced.
  6. 1/4 cup almond flour.
  7. 2 eggs.
  8. Pinch sea salt.
  9. Garlic Aioli Sauce.
  10. 2 tbs avocado oil.
  11. 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard.
  12. 1/2 tbsp lemon juice.
  13. 1 garlic clove, minced.

Step by step how to cook Keto friendly Salmon Cakes with garlic Aioli:

  1. In medium bowl, mix together salmon, 1 tbsp avocado oil mayo, green onions, bell pepper,Italian parsley or dill, almond flour,eggs and salt.
  2. With your hands form 8 round patties, about 1/2 inch thick, in large skillet over medium high heat, add avocado oil. Carefully place patties into pan and cook each side for 4 minutes, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes.
