  2. 1 can (15.5 ounce) light red beans, drained.
  3. 1 can (4 ounce)jalapeño peppers.
  4. 1 tablespoon garlic powder.
  5. 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
  6. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
  7. 2 eggs,beaten.
  8. 1 cup bread crumbs.
  9. Olive oil.
  10. 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream.
  11. 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
  12. 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves.
  13. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
