- 1 can (15.5 ounce) light red beans, drained.
- 1 can (4 ounce)jalapeño peppers.
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder.
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
- 2 eggs,beaten.
- 1 cup bread crumbs.
- Olive oil.
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves.
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
- Sprinkle salt.

- In a large bowl mix both cans of beans, jalapeño peppers, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, eggs and bread crumbs......Mash beans lightly with a fork.....Either put in fridge and leave overnight or continue onto next step.......
