  1. 500 gr frozen taro, thawed and diced.
  2. 2 tbsp tapioca flour.
  3. 1 tbsp rice flour.
  4. 1 tbsp garlic mince.
  5. 1 lt water.
  6. 100 gr preserved radish, rinsed.
  7. 100 ml sweet soy sauce.
  8. 1 shallot chopped.

Step by step how to cook Taro Cake / Savory / Vegan recipe:

  1. Fry chopped garlic and add diced taro, stir well, add water and flour, simmer for 15 mins till soft, set aside.
