Ingredients for Carrot Cake:

  2. 2 cups flour.
  3. 2 cups sugar.
  4. 2 small spoon bicarbonate soda.

  10. 4 cups carrot,shredded.

Step by step how to cook Carrot Cake:

  1. Mix all ingredients of mixing A in a bowl..
  2. Then add egg one by one while still stiring,then add oil. Mix it well until you get the right mix of cake..
  3. Then put carrot and nut. Mix it again..
  4. Open the oven with the heat of 180°c while you still mixing the cake..
  5. In a baking,spray oil and little bit flour before put the mixing. Then out inside thw oven, 35-40 minutes..
  6. If finish,put the cake in a tray or plate put any kind of toppings. And i prefer to put TOffee caramel..
