Ingredients for Pandan Pancake:
- 2 eggs.
- 50 gr sugar.
- 100 gr all-purpose flour.
- 10 gr milk powder.
- pinch salt.
- 1/4 tsp baking soda.
- 50 ml milk.
- Pandan juice / pandan paste.
- (If you wish to make a chocolate one, add 10gr cocoa powder & reduce 10gr flour).
- Bit of butter (~3gr, melted).
- Vanilla (optional).
- Filling.
- Chocolate spread / any jams / etc.
Step by step how to cook Pandan Pancake:
- Whisk eggs and sugar until well combined then add dry ingredients.
- Pour milk (i combined milk and pandan juice before pouring it) or simply add drops of pandan paste.
- Cook pancake and fill as you wish.
- Fold and enjoy!.
