- 1 tablespoon almond milk.
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.
- 1/2 lemon juice.
- 30 grams whey protein.
- 1 teaspoon honey.
- 2/3 cup blueberries.
- 1 egg.
- 60 grams oats.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

- Blend all the ingredients together (all but the blueberries).
