- 1 cup old fashioned baking mix, such as Bisquick.
- 1 cup sweetened vanilla coconut milk.
- 1 tbsp coconut oil.
- 1 flax egg (1:1 ratio of ground flax:water, set).
- 1 \4 cup vegan chocolate chips.
- 1 \2 cup shredded coconut (I used organic, dehydrated).
