  2. 1/2 pound bacon, cooked & chopped.
  3. 3 cups AP flour.
  4. 2 eggs.
  5. 1 tsp salt.
  6. 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce.
  7. 1 Tbs baking powder.
  8. 2 Tbs cinnamon.
  9. 2 Tbs vanilla.
  10. 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced.
  11. 1/2 cup real maple syrup.
