- 24 oz marinara.
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning.
- 1/2 cup chopped onion, red and green bell peppers, frozen.
- 2 tsp garlic, minced.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 1/2 tsp black pepper.
- 3 cup water.
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
- 2 cup rotini noodles, uncooked.
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded.
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded.
