- 1 large pack chicken breast (boneless, skinless).
- 2 small onions, sliced.
- 1 small green pepper, sliced.
- 10 cloves garlic, minced.
- 1 can (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes(undrained).
- 1/2 cup white wine.
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning.
- 1 tablespoon oregano.
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes.
- Cooked pasta (your favorite!).
- Parmesan cheese.

- Rinse and pat dry your chicken breast......
