  1. 2 pounds red potatoes, rinsed, cut up.
  2. 2 onions, chopped.
  3. 1 pound baby carrots.
  4. 10 garlic cloves, minced.
  5. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
  6. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper.
  7. 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth.
  8. 1 bottle beer.
  9. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
  10. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
  11. 1 3/4 cups heavy cream.
