  4. 1 Can diced tomatoes.

  6. 1/2 Diced Onion.
  7. 2 Tb Garlic powder.
  8. 2 Tb onion powdee.
  9. 1/2 Tb Oregano.
  10. 1/2 Tb Black pepper.
  11. 1 Tb salt.
  12. Garlic Rice.
  13. 4 Cups rice (cooked).
  14. 3 Cloves Garlic.
  15. 1 Tb Butter (vegan).
  16. 1 Tsp Parsley.
