  1. 1 -large pack London broil (Iā€™m using a twin pack).
  2. 2 large onions, sliced.
  3. 1-28 ounce can crushed tomatoes.
  4. 10 cloves garlic, minced.
  5. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
  6. 1/8 teaspoon Adobo.
  7. 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
  8. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.
  9. 1 box (10 ounce) frozen spinach, thawed.

  1. Rinse and pat dry your London broil......
  2. Place sliced onions on bottom of crockpot......
  3. Now place cleaned and dry London broil on top of your sliced onions......
