  1. 1 lb (approx) stew beef (cut into 1” pieces).
  2. 1/2 white onion chopped.
  3. 1-2 cloves garlic minced.
  4. 5 Oz white mushrooms chopped or sliced.
  5. 1 1/4 cup beef broth.
  6. 1 tsp paprika.
  7. 6 Oz sour cream.
  8. 1 tbs Dijon mustard.
  9. 2 tbs flour.
  10. 8 Oz (about 1/2 package) wide egg noodles.
  11. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
  12. to taste Kosher salt.
