Ingredients for Crockpot Pulled Pork 🥘:

  1. 2 small pork butts (pernil).
  2. 1 tablespoon Adobo.
  3. 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  4. 2 onions, sliced.
  5. 15 cloves garlic (minced).
  6. 1 bottle beer.
  7. 1 bottle Bbq sauce (any flavor you like) 40 ounce.

Step by step how to cook Crockpot Pulled Pork 🥘:

  1. Rinse and pat dry your pork......
  2. Place pork into a crockpot.......
  3. Season pork with black pepper and Adobo.......
  4. Place your sliced onions around pork in crockpot.......
  5. Next add your minced garlic to crockpot.......
  6. Now comes the good stuff.... Pour your bottle of beer (no stealing sips please ! 😂) all over your pork......
  7. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours......
  8. After the pork has cooked for 10 hours remove from crockpot and place onto a large platter......
  9. Drain excess liquid from crockpot.....Just leave a small amount of liquid in crockpot because your going to use that liquid to stir things up !!! 😃.
  10. Gently shred pork with 2 forks and place shredded pork back into crockpot..... Discard bones and skin from pork......
  11. Pour your bbq sauce all over pork in crockpot.......
  12. Gently stir all together and cook on low covered for 1 hour......
  13. Stir again before serving and place shredded pork on top of toasted buns....
