  2. 1/2 yellow onion, diced.
  3. 1 bell pepper, diced.

  6. 1 can (15 oz.) unsalted black or pinto beans, drained and rinsed.
  7. 1 can (15 oz.) fire-roasted diced tomatoes.
  8. 1 can (8 oz.) corn kernels, drained and rinsed.
  9. 4 cups unsalted chicken broth.
  10. 1 tbsp. chili powder.
  11. 2 tsp. ground cumin.
  12. 1 tsp. salt.

  14. 3/4 cup heavy cream.
  15. 1/4 cup all purpose flour.
