  1. 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken (breasts or thighs or a combo).
  2. 1/2 cup soy sauce.
  3. 1/4 cup brown sugar.
  4. 1/4 cup honey.
  5. 3 tbs rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
  6. 2 tsp sesame oil.
  7. 1 tsp garlic powder.
  8. 1/2 tsp ground ginger.
  9. 2 tbs cornstarch.
  10. 3 tbs cold water.
