  1. 1.5 lbs. of chicken.
  2. 3.5 cups chicken broth.
  3. 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce, divided.
  4. 1 T Ranch dressing mix (dried packet kind).
  5. 1/2 t garlic powder.
  6. 1/4 t celery salt.
  7. 1/4 t salt.
  8. 1/8 t pepper.
  9. 8 oz cream cheese.
  10. 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
  11. 1 T corn starch.
  12. 1 T water.
  13. 16 oz linguine noodles.
  14. Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional).

  1. Put chicken, broth, 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce, ranch, garlic powder, celery salt, salt, and pepper in crockpot..
  2. Top with cream cheese and shredded cheddar..
  3. Cook on HIGH for 4 hour or LOW for 8 hours, or until chicken is done..
  4. Once chicken is done, pull it out and gently shred with 2 forks. Mix in remaining 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce and set aside..
  5. Mix corn starch and water, and whisk it together with crockpot contents, until cream cheese is mostly broken down and sauce is creamy..
