  1. 1 head cauliflower.
  2. 1 egg.
  3. 1 cup Grated Parmesan.
  4. Season with Italian herb and panko bread crumbs to taste (smell).
  5. Cheese for topping.
  6. 1/2 cup marinara.
  7. Pepperoni if desired.

  2. Cut florets off cauliflower and mince in blender.
