Ingredients for Keto Bagels:
- 1 tsp instant yeast.
- 1 tsp coconut sugar.
- 2 tbs warm water.
- 1/2 tsp beef gelatin.
- 2 tbs boiling water.
- 1 cup almond flour.
- 1 1/2 tsp psyllium husk powder.
- 2 tsp baking powder.
- 1 1/2 cup shredded low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese.
- 1 ounce cream cheese.
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten.
- Any oil for your hands.

Step by step how to cook Keto Bagels:
- 50ml boiled water with.3125 gr agar agar (1/8 tsp) (or 1/2 tsp beef gelatin add in boiling water) let it boil and cool it down. Set the oven to 400f..
