Ingredients for Keto Bagels:

  2. 1 tsp coconut sugar.
  3. 2 tbs warm water.
  4. 1/2 tsp beef gelatin.
  5. 2 tbs boiling water.

  7. 1 1/2 tsp psyllium husk powder.
  8. 2 tsp baking powder.
  9. 1 1/2 cup shredded low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese.
  10. 1 ounce cream cheese.

Step by step how to cook Keto Bagels:
