  2. 1 small onion, thinly sliced.
  3. 1 cup any type of grated cheese(I used mozzarella and some cheddar and some Parmesan).
  4. 1-2 cup sour cream.
  5. 1/4 cup cream(I used heavy whipping cream).
  6. 1 tsp garlic powder.
  7. Salt and pepper.

  1. Slice zucchini a and onion, set the oven to 350f, grease the 9 inch baking pan w butter.
  2. Place overlapping zucchini slices in baking dish, layer with onion slices and grated cheese,.
