  10. 2 cups grated cheese (any type).
  11. Veggies to be sauteed in butter.
  12. 1/2 cup onion.
  13. 1/2 cup celery.
  14. 1/4 cup carrot (optional).
  15. 3 tbs butter.
  16. Making the Bacon Gravy.
  17. 6 slices bacon chopped.
  18. 1 tsp xanthan gum.
  19. 2 cups half and half or whole milk.
