  2. 1 cup walnuts (Chopped).
  3. 1/2 cup pecans (Chopped).
  4. 1 cup un-sweetened coconut (shredded).
  5. 1/2 cup sunflower seeds.
  6. 1/4 cup flax seeds.
  7. 1/2 cup ground flax meal.
  8. 1/4 cup chia seeds.
  9. 5 Tbs Granulated monk fruit Sweetner.
  10. 1 tsp cinnamon.
  11. Wet ingredients.
  12. 1/4 cup butter (melted).
  13. 1 egg white.
  14. 1 tsp vanilla.

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
