Ingredients for Keto Choc Nut Butter Fat Bombs:

  1. 2/3 Cup Swerve Confectioners.
  2. 6 pieces unsweetened chocolate baking bar.
  3. 3 Tbsp Organic Sunflower Butter.
  4. 3 Tbsp Natural Almond Butter.
  5. 6 Tbsp Sour Cream.
  6. 3 Cups Heavy Cream.
  7. 6 oz Cream Cheese bar.

Step by step how to cook Keto Choc Nut Butter Fat Bombs:

  1. Let cream cheese sit out to soften.
  2. Pour cold heavy cream into mixing bowl and mix with hand mixer until thick and peaks start forming.
  3. Add cream cheese and sour cream to bowl and mix smooth.
  4. Melt chocolate in microwave and then add to bowl and mix evenly.
  5. Add nut butters and mix evenly.
  6. Add Swerve and mix evenly.
  7. Add to silicone candy molds and freeze for 4hrs. Then keep in freezer until desired. I only had 3 molds with 15 slots in each so I could only make 45 at a time so it took me a few days to freeze them all. I kept the mixture in the fridge between protionings..
