Ingredients for Keto Meatloaf:

  1. 1 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef.
  2. 1 lb Ground Bison.
  3. 1 lb Mild Ground Sausage.
  4. 10 Bacon Slices.
  5. 3 Shallots - diced.
  6. 1 Orange Bell Pepper - diced.
  7. 3 Tbsp Minced Garlic.
  8. 4 Eggs.
  9. 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour.
  10. 1 Can Tomato Paste.
  11. 1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Basil.
  12. 1 Tbsp Oregano.
  13. 1 Tsp Sea Salt.
  14. 1 Tsp Black Pepper.
  15. 3 Tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Kickin' Bourbon bbq sauce.

Step by step how to cook Keto Meatloaf:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Add eggs to mixing bowl and lightly beat.
  3. Chop all veggies and add to mixing bowl.
  4. Add tomato paste and seasonings to mixing bowl and mix evenly.
  5. Add Coconut flour and mix evenly.
  6. Add all meat and hand mix until blended.
  7. Place mixture on baking sheet and form into loaf.
  8. Glaze top of loaf with bbq sauce.
  9. Weave bacon on top of loaf.
  10. Bake at 350 for 1 hour then up temperature to 415 for additional 30 minutes.
  11. Allow to cool for 15 min before serving.
