Ingredients for Keto Meatloaf:
- 1 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef.
- 1 lb Ground Bison.
- 1 lb Mild Ground Sausage.
- 10 Bacon Slices.
- 3 Shallots - diced.
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper - diced.
- 3 Tbsp Minced Garlic.
- 4 Eggs.
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour.
- 1 Can Tomato Paste.
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Basil.
- 1 Tbsp Oregano.
- 1 Tsp Sea Salt.
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper.
- 3 Tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Kickin' Bourbon bbq sauce.
Step by step how to cook Keto Meatloaf:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Add eggs to mixing bowl and lightly beat.
- Chop all veggies and add to mixing bowl.
- Add tomato paste and seasonings to mixing bowl and mix evenly.
- Add Coconut flour and mix evenly.
- Add all meat and hand mix until blended.
- Place mixture on baking sheet and form into loaf.
- Glaze top of loaf with bbq sauce.
- Weave bacon on top of loaf.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour then up temperature to 415 for additional 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 15 min before serving.
