- 2 whole Rotisserie Chickens (1,213g).
- 2 bags Steamfresh Broccoli Florets (8 cups).
- 6 slices Great Value Naturally Hickory Smoked Thick Cut Bacon.
- 1 bottle Hormel Bacon Pieces.
- 16 oz Whipped Cream Cheese.
- 2/3 cup Sour Cream.
- 2 cups Mild Cheddar Cheese.
- 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan, Romano, Asiago cheese.
- 4 tbsp Lemon Juice.
- 2 cups Chicken Broth Low Sodium.
- 5 cloves Minced Garlic.
- 2 tsp Onion Salt.
- 1 tsp Thyme.
- 1 tsp Oregano.
- 2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes.
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper.
Step by step how to cook Keto Chicken and Broccoli Casserole:
- Remove meat from chickens, dice and add to large mixing bowl.
- Steam broccoli, dice and add to bowl.
- Add all other ingredients except Cheddar to bowl and mix evenly.
- Pour into casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar.
- Bake at 375 for 30min.
- Allow 15min to cool before serving.
