Ingredients for Vegan Veggie Wrap:
- Half a cucumber.
- 1 Tomato.
- 8 Leaves letouce of a cup of baby leaves of letuce.
- Hummus.
- Siracha hot sauce (optional).
- Soft corn tortillas.
Step by step how to cook Vegan Veggie Wrap:
- Cut the tomatoes and the cucumber into rounds.
- Wash and dry the lettuce.
- Place the tortilla on the counter and fill it with the veggies hummus and sirrach..
- Fold the sides of the tortillas wrapping the filling then fold the remaining sides to close the wrap.
- Cut the wrap in half (optional).
- ENJOY!!!.
