- 1 tomato (not too ripe).
- 1 bunch parsley.
- 1 small onion.
- 1 lemon.
- 1 tbsp burghul.
- 1 tsp cinnamon.
- 1 tsp salt.
- Olive oil.
Step by step how to cook Tabboule (vegan):
- Cut the parsley into small pieces.
- Dice the tomato and the onion.
- Put the burghul in the lemon juice and give it time to absorb it.
- Mix all ingredients and add olive oil.
