- Pesto Sauce.
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 4 cloves garlic.
- 2 cups Fresh Basil.
- 1/2 cup walnuts.
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- 1/4 tsp sea salt.
- 4 tbsp water (plus more as needed).
- Pasta.
- 1/2 pack spaghetti or any kind of pasta.
- 1/2 cup green peas.
- 1 cup mushrooms.
- 1/2 cup minced onion.
Step by step how to cook Organic Vegan Basil Pesto Pasta:
- Boil water and cook the pasta, set aside.
- Add all the Pesto sauce in the blender for 2 minutes.
