- 2 medium zucchini, thickly sliced.
- White sesame seeds (optional).
- Olive oil.
- Batter:.
- 1 cup AP flour.
- 3 tbsp chickpea flour.
- 1 1/2 cups water.
- 1 tsp salt.
- Pinch black salt/kala namak (optional).
- (to taste) paprika and cumin.
- (to taste) onion and garlic powder, chili flakes, dried oregano.
