- 1/2 Can Pinto Beans (Drained).
- 1/2 Can Diced Tomatoes (Drained).
- 2 Cups Vegtable Broth.
- 2 Cups Instant Rice.
- 1/2 Tb Cumin.
- 1/2 Tb Onion Powder.
- 1/2 Tb Garlic Powder.
- 1/2 Tsp Salt.
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper.
- 1 Tsp Peprika.
- 1 Tb Olive oil or Vegtable Oil.
- 1/4 Onion Chopped.
- 2 Cloves Crushed Garlic.

- Tap a medium sized pot and add in Olive oil. Once olive oil is heated add in onion and Garlic. Sautee onion until they start to turn translucent..
