  1. 1/2 Can Pinto Beans (Drained).
  2. 1/2 Can Diced Tomatoes (Drained).
  3. 2 Cups Vegtable Broth.
  4. 2 Cups Instant Rice.
  5. 1/2 Tb Cumin.
  6. 1/2 Tb Onion Powder.
  7. 1/2 Tb Garlic Powder.
  8. 1/2 Tsp Salt.
  9. 1/2 Tsp Pepper.
  10. 1 Tsp Peprika.
  11. 1 Tb Olive oil or Vegtable Oil.
  12. 1/4 Onion Chopped.
  13. 2 Cloves Crushed Garlic.

  1. Tap a medium sized pot and add in Olive oil. Once olive oil is heated add in onion and Garlic. Sautee onion until they start to turn translucent..
