  1. 1/4 c. Flour.
  2. 1/8 c vegan butter.
  3. 2 c. Rice milk.
  4. 1 pk daiya cheddar.
  5. 1 pk daiya pepperjack.
  6. Garlic powder.
  7. Onion powder.
  8. Cajun seasoning.
  9. 1 box pasta of choice cooked and cooled.
  10. Italian bread crumbs.

Step by step how to cook Vegan Mac and Cheese:

  1. Make a roux using vegan butter and flour.
  2. Add rice milk and cook till roux thickens milk to sauce consistency.
  3. Add cheese to sauce and stir till cheese melts.
  4. Add onion garlic and Cajun seasonings to taste.
  5. Combine cheese sauce and cooked pasta.
  6. Place Mac and cheese in greased baking pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  7. Bake at 400° till sides bubble about 10 minutes.
