Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Pizza:

  1. To make dough.
  2. 1 tsp yeast.
  3. 1 tsp sugar.
  4. 2 tbsp warm water.
  5. 2 cups maida/all purpose flour.
  6. 2 tbsp olive oil.
  7. To make pizza sauce.
  8. 2 large tomatoes.
  9. 1/2 onion.
  10. 2 red chilly.
  11. 2 tbsp olive oil.
  12. 10 garlic pods finely chopped.
  13. 1 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder (optional).
  14. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup.
  15. 1 tsp sugar.
  16. Basil leave / Italian seasoning.
  17. Oregano.
  18. 1/2 tsp vinegar (optional).
  19. Chilly flakes.
  20. 1/2 tbsp butter.
  21. Salt as required.
  22. To make chicken tikka.
  23. 100 g chicken breast.
  24. 1 tbsp curd.
  25. 1 tsp chilly powder.
  26. 1 tsp coriander powder.
  27. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  28. 1/2 tsp cumin powder.
  29. 1/2 tsp garam masala.
  30. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
  31. Topping.
  32. Veggies of your choice.

Step by step how to cook Chicken Tikka Pizza:

  1. To make Dough: Add 1tsp sugar and 1tsp yeast in 2 tbsp warm water. After 5 mins in a mixing bowl add 2 cup maida/all purpose flour, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, yeast water and knead until becomes soft. cover the top and sides with olive oil.   2. To make pizza Sauce: boil 2 large size tomato, 2 red chilies / 4 kashmiri red chillies for 5 mins. Peel tomato skin off. grind everything into course paste..
  3. In a pan add olive oil, finely copped garlic. Once garlic turned brown add finely chopped onion and sauté until it becomes soft. Add ground paste. Bring it to boil.
