- 2 Tbs olive oil.
- 1 Med Onion chopped.
- 1/2 green pepper chopped.
- 1 tsp minced garlic.
- 1 can small diced tomatoes.
- 1 bag Minute Rice/Quinoa.
- 1/2 cup chicken broth.
- Sriracha (to taste).
