Ingredients for Banana Bread:
- 3/4 bananas.
- 4 eggs.
- 2 scoops peanut butter.
- 2 scoops honey.
- 2 cups gluten free flour.
- 1 spoon baking powder.
- 1 spoon vanilla extract.
- 1/3 cup walnuts.
- 2 spoons sweet chocolate powder.
- 1/2 spoon salt.
Step by step how to cook Banana Bread:
- Pre heat oven 170C.
- Smash the bananas very well and when they are ready, mix them with the eggs, honey and peanut butter.
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt & the chocolate powder. Mix well and add the walnuts & mix again..
- Add the mixture into the mold and heat it for 50-55 min. Enjoy 😍.
