Ingredients for Protein Banana Bread:

  1. 4 Bananas.
  2. 4 Eggs.
  3. 1/3 Cup Peanut butter.
  4. 1/3 Cup Honey.
  5. 1/2 Tbsp Vainilla essence.
  6. 2 Cups Gluten free flour.
  7. 1/2 Cup Protein banana powder.
  8. 1 Tbsp Baking powder.
  9. 1/2 tsp salt.

Step by step how to cook Protein Banana Bread:

  1. Mashed all the bananas, after add the eggs, the peanut butter and the honey and mix it well..
  2. Add the protein powder (optional) add the flour, the baking powder and the salt. Mix it well and add the last the vainilla essence..
  3. Add the mixture into the mold, and with the oven heat it previously at 350°F bake the banana bread for 55-50 min. Enjoy it!!.
